Fast-Track MVP Delivery for a Facility Management Platform
Technical
Highlights:
The Brief:
MARCO required a custom vendor distribution and facility management system to support newly operational facilities. Their internal engineering team had fallen several months behind schedule, with stakeholder pressure mounting and no clear path to recovery.
They needed immediate delivery capacity from a senior engineer who could take ownership without a lengthy handover.

The Challenge:
The engagement inherited a four-month backlog on a system that had to be production-ready before the facilities could operate.
Clearing that backlog required coordinating across multiple internal stakeholders while making sound architectural decisions under a compressed and non-negotiable timeline. There was no room for ramp-up.
The Approach:
Promade deployed a single Senior Embedded Engineer under the Sprint Accelerator model. From day one, the engineer took full ownership of the delivery pipeline, triaging the backlog, re-sequencing priorities, and aligning with MARCO's operational workflows to ensure the system matched real facility requirements.
The build covered vendor distribution workflows, facility management operations, and administrative controls, structured as a production-ready MVP rather than a staged prototype.
The Outcome:
The MVP was delivered in three weeks, clearing the four-month backlog in full. MARCO's new facilities were operationalised on schedule, an outcome that had been at risk for months prior to the engagement.
The system delivered was:
- Stable, aligned to operational processes
- And built to support further development without requiring structural rework.
